Although it may not look like much of a change, the most recent addition to this website may become a favorite tool for prospective Lake Vermilion area buyers. It's the new group of links located at the top of the right hand column. The links will take you a specific list of current properties contained within the local Multiple Listing Service. I have started with 5 groups... newly listed properties, Lake Vermilion undeveloped lots, Lake Vermilion homes/cabins, and lot/cabin offerings on other area lakes. Each group will show active listings sorted by asking price. Try it out! I will update the lists on a daily basis so you can be assured the information is complete and current!
