New Buyer Tool Available!
Although it may not look like much of a change, the most recent addition to this website may become a favorite tool for prospective Lake Vermilion area buyers.
It's the new group of links located at the top of the right hand column.
The links will take you a specific list of current properties contained within the local Multiple Listing Service. I have started with 5 groups... newly listed properties, Lake Vermilion undeveloped lots, Lake Vermilion homes/cabins, and lot/cabin offerings on other area lakes. Each group will show active listings sorted by asking price.
Try it out!
I will update the lists on a daily basis so you can be assured the information is complete and current! Please let me know if you would like additional property groups added to the list. I am happy, of course, to provide assistance to anyone with purchase plans!
Please email me or call me (218/750-0299) anytime.
The internet continues to change the way our world conducts business.
Countless bricks and mortar, face to face type enterprises are now replicated online. Real estate has seen this phenomena.
And now... the legal profession has a cyber version. Virtual Courthouse offers arbitration and mediation services online. Their niche is simple disagreements between two parties that are financial-based and without emotional complications.
It makes sense that all the discussion about the proposed Lake Vermilion State Park (the first new state park in four decades) would also result in a plan to harness all the associated wind.
The New York Times posts an article on remote home automation. It contains several links to suppliers of these systems that can provide piece of mind to distant lakeshore owners.
Minnesota DNR Conservation Officers have interesting jobs. The Department of Natural Resources reports some of the better stories on their website. Check out the latest installment here.
This website is due for an update. Work on a refreshed design and layout is underway and making good progress. Please stay tuned and very soon a new LVRE.com will appear on your favorite web browser.
